Upon graduating from the faculty of economics of the University of Cambridge, Alexander began his career in 2004 with the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley (London). In 2006 he returned to Russia in the role of vice-president of TPG Capital, co-founding the company's Russian office.

In 2011 he became president of Summa Group, a diversified private holding company. In 2014 he became CEO of A1, the investment arm of Alfa Group, which he left in May 2017 to focus on developing Marathon Group.

Chairman of the Board,Partner
Sergey graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University in 2002. While still a student he began working at several large Russian companies. In 2004 he joined the international law firm Clifford Chance, where he worked for eight years, focusing on M&A and capital markets in Moscow and London and rising to the position of counsel.

In 2012 he became vice-president of Summa Group. In 2014 he accepted the post of executive director of A1, the investment arm of Alfa Group – a position he left in May 2017 to join Marathon Group.

Chief Legal Officer
Andrey graduated with honours from the Faculty of Law of Lomonosov Moscow State University.

In 2007-2012 he worked at the Moscow office of the international law firm Clifford Chance, specialising in M&A and corporate law, then at Summa Group, where he resigned from his post as Chief Legal Officer in 2016. From time to time he has been a member of the Board of Directors of various assets of Summa Group.

In 2016 he collaborated with the St. Petersburg law firm Pen & Paper.

He has been a member of the Marathon Group team since the company's inception.

Eugene graduated from the Faculty of International Economic Relations of the Finance Academy under the Government of the Russian Federation and the MScinManagement program at the EM Lyon business school/ France/. Since 2004 he worked in the investment banking department of Deutsche Bank in Moscow.

In 2008, Eugene became Director of strategy and business development in the group N-Trans, Russia's leading transport and infrastructure holding company and took a similar position in the group's main asset - the port operator GlobalPorts.

Eugene was a member of the Boards of Directors of key marine terminals.

In September 2017 Eugene joined the Marathon Group team.

Managing Director for Corporate Communications
Natalia is a graduate of Ogarev Mordovia State University and a recipient of the award 'Media Manager of Russia' in recognition of her professional achievements.

In 2000-2013 she worked at Russian Railways in various management positions, eventually resigning from the company as Deputy Head of the corporate communications department.

In 2013 Natalia became Advisor to General Director, then Chief Strategy Officer at the Russian news agency TASS, where she was responsible for development, marketing, sales and positioning of the agency.

In May 2017 she joined the Marathon Group team.

Chief Operations Officer, Marathon Pharma
After graduating from the S.M. Kirov Military Medical Academy in 1987, Igor Krylov served as a military doctor in the Russian armed forces until 1994.

In 1994-2002 he worked at the Russian representative office of Eli Lilly and Company, where he was responsible for marketing of endocrinology medicines, then at Aventis, handling the company's launch of insulin production.

In 2003-2014 Igor was the CEO of Pharmstandard, transforming it into an industry leader, then he became the first Vice-President and went on to develop the Medsi chain of healthcare clinics.

He has been a member of the Marathon Group team since the company company's inception.

В 2008-2010 гг. работал генеральным директором Якутгазпрома, в 2011-2014 гг. развивал группу компаний Невада, с 2014 г. руководил проектами по модернизации порта Зарубино и Угольного терминала в порту Восточный группы Fesco.

В 2016 году возглавил ЗАО «ФАРМ-ЦЕНТР».

Head of Distribution
Sergey holds an MBA from INSEAD. He has a lengthy track record in senior management positions, first at the European headquarters of Ford Motor Company in Germany, then at Alfa Group: in 2005 he became the group's chief strategy officer, and in 2008 – chief investment officer at A1.

In 2011 he joined X5 Retail Group in the role of purchasing director, later becoming chief financial officer and member of the board.

In 2016 he took the role of CEO of SIA Group.

Head of Retail
Andrey graduated from Tula State Technical University with honours in two specialisations, then worked at the accountancy firm BDO. In 2001 he joined Protek as deputy head of internal audit, later becoming chief financial officer and first deputy general director. Then he joined the Rigla pharmacy chain as CEO. In 2011-2012 he worked on developing the major private healthcare centre Clinic +31. In autumn 2012 he became general director of the А5 pharmacy chain, where he remained until 2016, when he joined Mega Pharm.

Managing Director Business Support Officer
Mikhail is a graduate of the Foreign Intelligence Academy of the SVR, Russia's foreign intelligence service. He has a higher economic education and extensive experience in the sphere of state and corporate security.

In 2013 he became Vice-President and a member of the Board of Summa Group, and at various times he has also been a member of the Board of Directors of such companies as Zarubezhneft, Novoroslesexport and Soyuz Flot Port.

He has been a member of the Marathon Group team since the company's inception.

Managing Director for Economics and Finance
Pavel Puzakov graduated from the Economics Faculty of Voronezh State University. He has held different executive positions in the sphere of investment, corporate finance and business development in Russian investment groups "Basic Element," "Renova," and others. Starting from August 2017, he was an advisor to the general director for strategy and finance of the National Immunobiological Company (Nacimbio).
Andrey Tyasto graduated from the Faculty of Economics and Finance of the Moscow Cooperative Institute in 1996, held different positions in several Russian banks and investment companies. In 2002 he started working as a senior analyst at Rosbuilding and within several years became a senior partner. In 2007, he became managing partner of the investment company Sminex, from 2012 to 2015, directed Barkli Corporation; he then worked as a managing director in the investment company A1, before heading it in May 2017. Joined Marathon Group in March 2018.

Chief Financial Audit
Igor Zhilinskiy graduated from MAI (Moscow Aviation Institute), MSU Business School, and the Finance Academy of the Higher School of Economics with honors.

In 2004-2009 he worked at Ernst & Yong (ECU department) specializing in financial audit. In 2009 he started working for Sibur Holding, developing several projects there;

in 2010 -2012 headed the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Geoexpertiza" of the Federal Agency for Subsoil Use (Rosnedra);

in 2012-2014 headed of JSC "Russian Superconductor" of the State Atomic Energy Corporation Rosatom as Executive Director.

In 2014, he joined investment company ACMERO CAPITAL LIMITED and was responsible for financial control and audit of the Group of Companies "Shokoladnitsa"
on the part of the Board of Directors.

He has been a member of the Marathon Group team since the company's inception.


Chief Information Officer
Pavel Bulgakov graduated from Lomonosov Moscow State University, Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics.
Since 1997 he worked in IT for international law firm Clifford Chance, taking position of Regional IT Director for Easter Europe (Russia, Poland, Czech Republic, Romania, Hungary and Ukraine) in 2007. On the position of Regional IT Head he was responsible for opening of new offices, building robust and secure regional infrastructure and implementing advanced IT solutions.

From 2012 to 2017, he developed a number of his own entrepreneurial projects in the medical field. In August 2017 Pavel joined Marathon Group.


Managing Director - Legal
Since 2004 to 2008 worked in corporate practice of Clifford Chance legal firm specializing in M&A projects, joint ventures and capital markets.
In 2005 graduated from Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO) with "Civil and Private International Law" specialization.
Since 2008 to 2015 guided legal support of investment, corporate and finance projects at N-Trans Group.
In 2015 and 2016 Maxim headed legal department at Global Ports Group in a position of Chief Legal Officer
In 2016-2018 Maxim worked in A1 (a part of Alfa Group) as Chief Legal Officer.
Maxim joined Marathon Group in September 2018.
